Patrick has represented dentists for 30 years. He received his B.A. degree from UCLA and his JD degree from Southwestern University. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1978 and is also admitted in Texas and Colorado.

The firm’s primary emphasis is dental practice sales, lease reviews, associateships, corporations, partnerships, and related transactions. The firm also specializes in dental board defense, estate planning for dentists, and employment law issues.

Mr. Wood has lectured extensively at dental conventions, dental societies, and dental schools. He currently delivers approximately 12 practice transition seminars throughout the country each year and lectures extensively on California Dental Law.

His firm negotiates over 100 dental office leases each year and is involved in approximately 75 dental practice sales each year.

He has written numerous articles for Dental Economics, Journal of California Dental Association, Strategies for Success, The New Dentist, and Journal of Colorado Dental Association.
