A transplant from Southern California to the Jacksonville Florida area, Donna has been in the dental arena for over 30 years. “I started off as a clinical orthodontic assistant prior to graduation from high school I found that I truly enjoyed dentistry. My progression took me on a path through not only single practices but through corporate owned practices in both orthodontics as well as general dental areas.” Attending Long Beach State University and USC, Donna chose the major of Business and Speech Communication and Therapy. She later studied in Coral Gables and became a certified Myofunctional Therapist practicing in the Long Beach and Laguna Niguel area of Orange County California.

Over 15 years ago, P.A.N.D.A Consulting and Public Relations was opened in California and after achieving success with some of most prominent names in dentistry, Donna joined Tony Robbins Fortune Management. There she worked with the modalities of Case Enrollment, Team Development through the use of D. I. S. C. styling and Patient Communication.

After working with Fortune and wanting to continue with forward growth and movement Donna joined the mega giant consulting and financial organization of Mercer Advisors. It was here she became a Coach/Consultant Trainer for New General Dental Consultants, An Orthodontic and Pediatric Specialist Consultant and an Implementation Coach/ Consultant for several years. “I will always appreciate the skills and the knowledge I gained from both Mercer and Fortune.”

“Combining my expertise from both of these two companies along with 30 years of dental experience, I made the decision to establish Sheldon & Associates. At Sheldon & Associates, I am able to combine my training in patient communications and sales from Fortune Management with my training in systems and strategies from Mercer Advisors to deliver information to my clients with a new twist.”

Donna continues to assist dental teams across the country and has most recently been a guest lecturer at the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.
