As the owner and President of Bent Ericksen & Associates and CRC, Inc., Tim brings nearly 30 years of practice management and business consulting experience and knowledge specifically in the healthcare field.

Mr. Twigg is a published author of articles for many major healthcare journals and currently co-authors a column in Dental Economics entitled: "Focus on Human Resources". Tim has presented seminars nationally on Practice Management, Human Resources, and Employment Law Compliance. His expertise extends to leadership and business development, strategic marketing, and communication skills with an emphasis on employment law compliance.

Presentations have included the Academy of General Dentistry Chapters, Seattle Study Club, American Association of Orthodontists, Minnesota State Dental Association, Florida State Dental Association, Georgia School of Dentistry Alumni Study Club, Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry, and numerous component dental societies and study clubs. Tim also is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Association of Veterinary Practice Management Consultants and Advisors (AVPMCA).
