"If you are considering adding the Trojan system to your office, then I would consider no more. Trojan has been the most valuable tool in our office system. This system allows me to give accurate information to the patient about their coverage in a moment’s notice. DrDirect (electronic claims) works very well with the Genesis system; the speedy return of payments from the Insurance carriers is great for the office and the patients think I'm so fast with the claims. This system sends the office notices from the Insurance Company when there is information needed to complete the process for speedy payment. I really wouldn't run a dental office without it, I wouldn't feel comfortable! Genesis and Trojan work very well with each other, I never have to think about it. Thank you."
